With over 30 years of Military and Corporate experience, Grover Hardin has a proven history as a Corporate Operations Executive with a passion for helping leaders and organizations accelerate their growth and exceed business objectives. Throughout his career he has propelled diverse, multi-site teams together to align and engage with a common vision and mission to produce exceptional results. Grover is passionate in his belief that people are the greatest asset to all organizations and developing their capability is critical to ensure sustainable success.
Grover earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Business from the University of Mississippi. He is also a US Army veteran where he served honorably as a Logistics Officer. Grover demonstrated successful leadership throughout a 25+ year span with several Fortune 500 companies in Operations. He also was very successful in leading non-profit organizations’ boards and serving in any capacity. Grover has started a second act as a certified Executive and Leadership Coach, Career Management Coach and Team Diagnostic Survey Coach. Currently a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
